I thought the texture was perfect - thick enough to cover like a proper condiment, not too thin that it would be over-absorbed by a hot dog bun for instance, it was nappant (as we say in French), which is the desired consistency for a sauce. I appreciated it both room temperature and warm. The flavor was well-rounded, too! It was savory with a touch of earthy sweet. I liked them both - the spicier one had just the right kick! I could go on and on, but I'll stop here so I can make another sausage hero with your sauce for dinner!"
